ShopeePay Payment Gateway

Overview

ShopeePay Payment Gateway hosts your checkout page and connects it to multiple local payment methods of your choice through a single integration. Customers can pay using a wide range of payment methods, giving you access to a broader customer base. ShopeePay also handles payment operations end-to-end, with built-in fraud protection that detects and prevents fraudulent transactions.

Customer Experience

The following steps illustrate the customer journey to complete payment:

1. Customer initiates checkout on the merchant's page
2. Customer is redirected to the ShopeePay hosted checkout page to continue payment
3. Customer confirms the payment amount
4. Customer selects the preferred payment method to proceed
5. Customer sees the payment result page and is redirected back to the merchant's application or website
