E-commerce Plugin Overview

ShopeePay provides e-commerce plugins that let merchants accept ShopeePay e-wallet payments directly from their online store checkout. Customers select ShopeePay as a payment method, get redirected to complete authentication and payment, and are returned to the merchant's order confirmation page.

Available Plug-ins

Supported Currencies

The store currency must correspond to the ShopeePay account region. Supported currencies:

• Indonesian Rupiah (IDR Rp)
• Malaysian Ringgit (MYR RM)
• Philippine Piso (PHP ₱)
• Singapore Dollar (SGD $)
• Thai Baht (THB ฿)
• Vietnamese Dong (VND ₫)

Shopify Store Setup

For Shopify merchants, the store currency and billing address must match the ShopeePay account region before installing the payment app.

Store Currency

To set the store default currency:

1. Go to Shopify Admin → Settings → General.
2. Under Standard and formats, confirm the Currency matches one of the supported currencies listed above.

Store Details

The store's billing address must correspond to the ShopeePay account region.

1. Go to Shopify Admin → Settings → General → Store Details → Billing Address.
2. Set the billing address to match the target market (e.g. Indonesia for ShopeePay Indonesia).

If you have already integrated with a Payment Gateway that supports ShopeePay or SPayLater in your Shopify Store, you can simplify your payment setup by disabling these options in your current Payment Gateway and installing the official ShopeePay Payment App instead.
