*ShopeePay Malaysia Sdn Bhd supports only the payment methods available in Malaysia. SPayLater in Malaysia is a buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) program provided by SeaMoney Capital Malaysia Sdn Bhd, with ShopeePay Malaysia Sdn Bhd acting as the platform partner and payment facilitator.
Settlement & Payout
This section provides information about the settlement and payout processes with ShopeePay:
- ShopeePay provides settlement report according to your preferred settlement frequency to help with reconciliation of your transactions and settlements.
- The report will contain detailed information about each payment and refund transaction, including any applicable fees.
- Please note that the time it takes for the payout funds to arrive in your account may vary depending on the currencies and banks involved. In some cases, it may take up to two days after settlement for the funds to be credited to your account.
- Settlements occur periodically to ensure that all transactions are finalized and recorded accurately. The frequency of settlement can be determined by you, based on your system and business requirements. Currently, ShopeePay supports the following settlement frequencies:
- Daily: Settlements are processed on the next day (T+1) for transactions that occurred on the current day (T).
- Weekly: Settlements are processed once a week, specifically every Monday, for transactions that occurred since the previous Monday.
- Monthly: Settlements are processed once a month, on the first day of every month, for transactions that occurred in the previous month.
- Settlement reports can be configured to be sent to specified email recipients.
- Settlements are processed in the default currency of your region. For example, in Indonesia, settlements will be processed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah).
