Store Currency

The store currency must correspond to the ShopeePay account region

To set the store default currency:

1. Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > General.
2. Under Standard and formats, the Currency must be one of these:
   • Indonesian Rupiah (IDR Rp)
   • Singapore Dollar (SGD $)
   • Malaysian Ringgit (MYR RM)
   • Thai Bath (THB ฿)
   • Vietnamese Dong (VND ₫)
   • Philippine Piso (PHP ₱)

Store Details

The store's billing address must correspond to the ShopeePay account region

1. Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > General > Store Details > Billing Address
   • To activate the ShopeePay Indonesia payment app, you need to input a billing address located in the Indonesia region.

Notes:

If you have already integrated with a Payment Gateway that supports ShopeePay or SPayLater in your Shopify Store, you can simplify your payment setup by disabling these options in your current Payment Gateway and installing the official ShopeePay Payment App instead.
